Email Your Logo Please email it to us after purchase at team@sweettomorrowco.com with your order number. or via Contact Us page
Review & Approve We will send a mockup preview within 1-2 business days. Your order will not move to production (usually 2-5business days) until you approve the design.
Logo File Requirements:
To ensure your tumbler looks amazing, please send a high-resolution file โ ideally one of the following formats:
SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS (best options โ these are vector files)
PNG with transparent background (300dpi or higher)
High-quality JPEG (if this is all you have โ weโll do our best!)
๐ซ Low-quality screenshots, blurry images, or photos of business cards may not work well. If your file is too low resolution, weโll reach outย for a better quality file or will need to cancel the order.

By submitting a logo or design, you confirm that you own the rights to use it or have permission from the rightful owner. We are not responsible for any trademark, copyright, or licensing issues that may arise from using your submitted design.
It is the customerโs responsibility to ensure the artwork provided is not infringing on any intellectual property rights.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations when the product is in production. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our messages before ordering and in the notes. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Shipping Info
You'll be prompted to choose the shipping option/carrier at checkout (unless free shipping is applied in which case STC will use Standard Shipping Service).
Sweet Tomorrow Co is not liable for packages delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, misdelivered or stolen- all circumstances which are beyond our control.
Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. No refunds will be issued for any issues regarding transit and delivery.
