Production & Shipping

Every order is created specifically for you after it’s placed.
Because our items are personalized and made-to-order, they require production time before shipping.

Below are clear timelines so you know exactly what to expect.

Production Time

Standard production: 2–5 business days
(may vary slightly during peak seasons — current timing is always reflected at checkout)

This is the time required to make, prepare, and package your item before it ships.

We always ship within our stated production timeframe and tracking is automatically emailed once your order leaves our studio.

Rush Production

Our Rush Production add-on moves your order to the front of the production queue with a 48-hour turnaround time.

Please note:
Rush production speeds up creation time only. Shipping carrier transit times remain the same.

 Shipping Time

We ship using USPS or UPS depending on destination, package size, and delivery reliability.
The carrier is selected automatically to provide the best service for your order.

Estimated transit times after shipment

(based on official USPS & UPS published service estimates — not guaranteed and subject to change by the carrier)

Ground services (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground): typically 2–6 business days
Priority / 3-Day services (USPS Priority / UPS 3 Day Select): typically 2–4 business days
Express services (USPS Priority Express / UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air): typically 1–2 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier at checkout.

Carrier responsibility

Once your package is accepted by USPS or UPS, delivery speed and handling are managed by the carrier.

While we carefully prepare every shipment, transit delays can occur due to weather, routing, or carrier volume and are outside our control.

Delivery Issues After Shipment

If a package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, lost, stolen, undelivered, or returned in transit, the carrier must complete their investigation process before a resolution can occur.

Because the shipment is under the carrier’s control at this stage, replacements or refunds cannot be issued while the package is in transit or under investigation.

The carrier may require the recipient to open the claim directly since they confirm delivery details at the address.
We will gladly provide all shipment information and assist you through the process.

Most orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days depending on location and shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to USPS/UPS
• Transit times may extend during holidays and peak seasons
• For time-sensitive orders, please select Rush Production and an expedited shipping method
