Personalization Guide
Most of our items are made specifically for you, so the details you enter are used exactly as provided.
To ensure your order looks perfect, please review the guidelines below before placing your order.
Because each design is unique, always review the individual product photos and details for any specific formatting or personalization rules.
Entering names & text
- Please type names, dates, and messages exactly as you want them to appear.
- We copy and paste personalization directly from your order.
Spelling, spacing, punctuation, and capitalization will be reproduced as submitted unless a listing specifies a formatting style (for example: first letter capitalized). - Always double-check before completing checkout.
Formatting & style rules
Some designs follow a specific style to match the sample photos.
Examples may include:
• Only the first letter capitalized
• Script fonts using lowercase letters
• Date formatting (MM.DD.YYYY or Month Day, Year)
If a style rule applies, it will be shown in the product photos and listing description.
Special requests
If you would like changes beyond the available options, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help!
We cannot guarantee modifications requested after an order is placed if production has already begun.
Photos & custom uploads & Logos
All photos & files can be emailed to team@sweettomorrowco.com with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line.
For products that require photo uploads, please provide high-resolution images - png with at least 300dpi resolution. Otherwise, the print will not be clear and we cannot modify your image.
Dark, blurry, or cropped images may affect the final result.
We will adjust placement, but we cannot redraw or heavily edit photos.
Logos: Please provide a clear picture - only svg or png (300dpi) file with transparent background.
Some products will have the logo engraved which is an etched image and colors will be be transferred.
Approval, changes & canceletions
Because each item is custom made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if something needs correction. We will do our best to help!
