We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the items sold by Cataleya Designs Studio LLC/ Sweet Tomorrow Co. due to the nature of personalized, handmade and made-to-order items.

Exceptions may be made only in case of the wrong item being sent, in which case, please contact us at sweettomorrowco@gmail.com and we'll make sure to fix our mistake.

For a return or exchange with the conditions mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Shipping fee is paid by the customer not the merchant.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

1. **Responsibility for Shipping:** Please note that once an order leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or theft that may occur during transit. The responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the package lies with the carrier.

2. **Claims Process:** In the event that your order experiences any issues during shipping, including delays, loss, or theft, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with the carrier responsible for delivery. Most carriers have a claims process on their website, which allows you to report any issues and request compensation or resolution.

3. **Package Inspection:** If you encounter any problems with your shipment, it's essential to keep the package intact as received. This includes all packaging materials and contents. In some cases, the shipping party may require inspection of the package to process a claim effectively. Failure to preserve the package may impact the carrier's ability to investigate and resolve the issue.

4. **Seller's Assistance with Claims:** If you request our assistance in filing a claim with the carrier, please be aware that by doing so, you acknowledge that [Your Shop Name] is no longer responsible for issuing a refund directly. We will collaborate with you in the claims process, and upon successful resolution and receipt of insurance payment from the carrier, we will refund you accordingly. Please note that the insurance amount provided by the carrier never includes the shipping fee, as it is non-refundable and belongs to the shipping carrier.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
