Personalization
Each product has a personalization field near the add-to-cart button. Review the product photos and details for formatting rules.
We copy and paste personalization exactly as submitted. Please double-check spelling and formatting before checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible. Because items are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Absolutely! Message us before ordering and we’ll let you know if it can be accommodated.
Production & Timing
Most orders are created within 2–5 business days (Mon-Fri & excluding holidays). This timeframe will change during peak seasons.
Please note: production time does NOT include the shipping.
Yes — a rush production option moves your order ahead in our queue. Shipping transit times still apply.
Delivery time = production time + shipping carrier transit time.
We guarantee our production timeframe and complete orders as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, Because shipping is handled by the carrier, an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. Customer will be contacted once the item is received back with a link to pay the shipping carrier reshipping fee.
No fees are charged by STC but we thoroghly check and if need be repackage the product before reshipping.
Please contact the shipping carrier first to open an investigation. We’ll gladly provide shipment details to assist.
Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Claims must be completed through the carrier before any resolution can occur. Please let us know if you need any assistance or shipping information for the claim.
Sweet Tomorrow Co is not liable for packages delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, misdelivered or stolen- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. No refunds will be issued for any issues regarding transit and delivery.
We select the most reliable carrier based on package size, destination, and speed chosen at checkout.
About Our Products & Policies
Because each item is made specifically for you, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the items was not done correctly (we're humans after all!)
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24hrs and we'll navigate you on how to open a claim with the carrier or help you do that.
You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal.
Promotions and sales apply only during their active period and cannot be applied to past purchases.
We do not send approval photos prior to shipment so we can keep production time quick and consistent.
We follow the design shown in the listing and your provided personalization.
Each piece is prepared individually in our studio after your order is placed.
Depending on the product, we use engraving, printing, or applied lettering to create a lasting personalization. Please refer to each product's description for more details.
How do I take care of my item?
Care varies by material the product is made of. General care instructions are included in the description of each item.
We follow the same design shown, but handmade processes and natural materials may create small variations that make each piece unique.
Natural Wood
Our wooden products are crafted from natural materials, they will have different grain and texture differences, slight natural flaws and grain patterns may be seen. Please be aware that due to these natural differences, we cannot guarantee that all items will be identical or without natural flaws. Our products are made with unstained, thin birchwood to maintain their natural appearance.
Colors & Appearance
Colors may vary due to differences in computer monitors and individual perception. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately reflects the product's true color, however, we do everything possible to have a true representation of the colors in our photos.

If the order is qualified for Free Shipping, the standard shipping service with USPS or UPS will be used with no exceptions.
