                        Package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
                      
                      
                    
                    Sweet Tomorrow Co is not liable for packages delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, misdelivered or stolen- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. No refunds will be issued for any issues regarding transit and delivery.
                      
                        Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations, delays etc.
                      
                      
                    
                    Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after the order moves to production or has been delivered. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our messages or email during the order process and in the notes. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
                      
                        What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
                      
                      
                    
                    If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. Customer will be contacted once the item is received back with a link to pay the USPS shipping fee. Please note, we will inspect the item fully, if needed, repackage it. Sweet Tomorrow Co does not charge any additional fee for reshipment at the moment.
                      
                        Do you send photos before you ship items?
                      
                      
                    
                    Due to the nature of personalized items and high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @sweet.tomorrow.co

                        Accuracy of Colors and designs on products?
                      
                      
                    
                    We do our best to make sure our photos represent colors, designs, placement of the design and its sizing as closely as possible but due to the different monitor screen settings, nature of the mockups and handmade process of the items, there may be slight differences and imperfections.
                      
                        If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
                      
                      
                    
                    The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
No adjustments will be made on any sale - the price paid at checkout is the price for the purchased product.

                    - Our wooden products are crafted from natural materials, they will have different grain and texture differences, slight natural flaws and grain patterns may be seen. Please be aware that due to these natural differences, we cannot guarantee that all items will be identical or without natural flaws. Our products are made with unstained, thin birchwood to maintain their natural appearance.
- Colors may vary due to differences in computer monitors and individual perception. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately reflects the product's true color, however, we do everything possible to have a true representation of the colors in our photos.
